“Super” Draining Trays

The Super tray represents the effort of a research and experimentation that began in 2000 and led, to obtaining the European patent (European patent NO. 1707498). The technology used has allowed us to obtaining a one-layer, mono-material tray with composite structure, with open-cell layers inside and closed-cell layers outside. This structure is able to absorb over the entire surface, even in a vertical position, always ensuring a clean dry packaging, where the exudates from meat or fish is trapped inside the container and therefore, it is not in direct contact with food. .

This not only ensures a better appearance, but also reduces the proliferation of bacteria maintaining the organoleptic characteristics of the product and its freshness for a long period of time.
The composite structure of the SUPER tray described above, also presents good mechanical strength and greater efficiency (optimum weight-absorbance ratio)
